Our Work
Seacole Group NED Mentoring Programme

The aim of our national mentorship program is to engage, retain and develop new and aspiring NHS NEDs and Chairs through mentoring, for all of us to contribute to and influence the service provided by the wider NHS.
As a group of Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic NEDs, together we bring extensive knowledge, skills, and our individual cultural intelligence to help our respective Trusts and the NHS govern more effectively. We endeavour to ensure we develop ourselves and help develop each other to be the best that we can be.
